Going on a bear hunt in math we are learning about directions we listened to the story going a bear hunt  we picked out the obstacles in the story we then drew a map of the story we had to carefully think about the story then we had to write the directions from the house to the cave we had to use are book to draw it in.

In math we are learning about coordinates. We  learnt that you say the letter before the number. Our map was about the story. Little Red Ridding Hood. We  had to do 2 thing first we had to draw the pictures in the right coordinates. Then we had to write on the sheet were they were.

This week we have been reading Mameluke  duck  books  and the teacher has been reading  it if  yore not firmly   it  is about  a duck who has  Mameduke  duck  is a duck who likes marmalade jam he loves marmalade jam.

hay readers.Today in writing we did some learning about kindness it something that spreads through your body and heart.first we did a brain storm about what kindness is.Then we share our ideas to the teacher and she write our ideas on a big sheet of paper.Then we went on to a google doc and write a poem about what kindness is about.here is my kindness poem.

learning about hockey

Today in the morning we went to play hockey on the court .We got taught by Peter from Canterbury Hockey how to dribble the ball  and dodge the other players.  Then we played  rob the nest.   We  had to get the  balls out of the hoops .
We had to dribble the balls to the hoops.
I found  dodging the other players hard to do.  I liked dribbling the ball the best.  It was easy. a  new things i learnt today was how to dodge other players .
